My photographic work specializes in the sea, ponds/lakes, the seascapes and waterscapes. I have always been captivated by the beauty of water. I have worked in the IT business for many years and got hooked on digital photography in 1995. I own a Nikon SLR digital camera. As a freelance photographer my favorites photo shots are of waterscapes. My passion is my digital photography and my digital studio/office. When an idea inspires me, I become obsessed with it until I produce an image that pleases me, discovering new digital techniques as I go. Through my photography, I can examine the beauty and intricacy of the world around us in photos, a world often ignored or unnoticed by the casual observer. My love of photography started after college when I bought my first 35mm Mamiya. The Mamiya was my camera for many years, for scenery trips, portraits, weddings and personal use. Years later, I bought a Canon Zoom for photography. Now that digital photography quality is at a par with film, I had to make that quantum leap into digital. The best thing about digital is its limitless experimentation trying many things and instantly seeing the results and printing only what you want. My passion is exploring and experimenting with many subject types from scenery to wildlife in all seasons and weather.
